When you submit a Request for Quotation (RFQ) through OEMKorea, we collect the information you provide, including your name, email address, company name, country, and sourcing requirements. We also collect standard server logs including IP address and referrer URL for security and analytics purposes.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information solely to match you with verified Korean manufacturers that meet your requirements. Specifically:

• To process and respond to your sourcing request
• To send you a confirmation email and manufacturer shortlist
• To improve our matching process and platform quality

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. Data Storage

Your RFQ data is stored securely in Supabase (PostgreSQL) with row-level security enabled. Email communications are processed via Resend. Both services comply with GDPR and standard data protection regulations.

4. Sharing with Manufacturers

To fulfill your sourcing request, we share relevant details from your RFQ (product requirements, MOQ, timeline, target markets) with matched Korean manufacturers. We share your contact information only after confirming manufacturer relevance and only to facilitate your sourcing inquiry.

5. Cookies & Analytics

We use Vercel Analytics for anonymous, privacy-friendly usage statistics. No personally identifiable information is collected through analytics. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking.

6. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing hi@oemkorea.com. We will respond within 30 days.
